Interested Applicants must provide information evidencing that they are qualified and experienced to perform those Services. For that purpose, documented evidence of recent and similar services shall be submitted.
Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:
	The contracts size and duration;
	Experience in the design, implementation, or upgrade of high-voltage laboratories, testing centers, or research institutions related to power transmission and distribution.
	Technical area and expertise in developing and delivering capacity building program design, focused on technical loss calculation and reduction, including on-the-job training, while strengthening real-time monitoring and automated control capabilities to enhance the stability and overall performance of the transmission and distribution network. 
	The technical area and expertise, in particular the Electricity Sectors and its challenges in the Northern African Countries;
	Demonstrated experience in providing consulting services to Electricity Utilities or Public;
	Regional experience working in Egypt, Middle-East and North Africa;
	Working experience in developing cooperations projects.
