The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Legionellosis Prevention And Control Service In The Municipal Facilities And Public Spaces That Depend On The Sant Pere De Ribes Town Council. In Accordance With This Set Of Particular Administrative Clauses And Set Of Technical Prescriptions. Its Main Objectives Are: • Establish, Implement And Execute The Measures To Carry Out The Legionella Control Plans Established In Royal Decree 487/2022, Of June 21, And Its Subsequent Modifications—In Particular, Those Included In Royal Decree 614/2024, Of July 2—, Which Establishes The Sanitary Requirements For The Prevention And Control Of Legionella In Those Facilities Susceptible To Be The Focus Of Its Proliferation And Spread, With The Aim Of Protecting Public Health Against This Disease, Minimizing Its Presence In The Environment And Improving Surveillance, Response And Collaboration. • Carry Out Prevention And Control Actions According To The Applicable Regulations In Force. • Reduce And Resolve Incidents And Deficiencies That May Arise, Taking Corrective Actions When Necessary, With The Minimum Possible Time. • Update And Maintain The Existing Inventory And The Technical Documentation Of The Facilities, Preferably In Electronic Form To Facilitate Access And Traceability. • Train The Staff In Charge Of Periodic Inspections Not Included In The Tasks Covered By The Contract And Defined In The Legionella Prevention Control Plan • Supply The Equipment Required To Carry Out Periodic Inspections Within The Tasks Covered By The Contract And Defined In The Legionella Prevention Control Plan • Adapt The Service To Real Needs, Redistributing Resources If Necessary • Inform About The Requirements To Adapt The Facilities To The Applicable Regulations In Force.
