Provision for the recruitment of a firm (consulting or engineering firm) to provide technical assistance to sub-project leaders and capacity building for sub-project beneficiaries (management committees, producer groups, women's groups, individual beneficiaries); and for development actors in agricultural, forestry, pastoral, and fisheries development projects (literacy, awareness-raising, advisory support, and training) for the entire duration of the P2-P2RS project.
