notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of an angiograph with equipment along with the adaptation of rooms for the needs of the Interventional Radiology, Hemodynamics and Electrocardiology Laboratory of the Provincial Hospital in Kielce.
The subject of the order will be implemented in the following stages: 
Stage I - delivery of the Device with equipment by the Contractor, adaptation works of the Hemodynamics Laboratory rooms, assembly and initial commissioning of the Device, training of the Ordering Party's employees in the use of the Device.
Stage II - cooperation between the Contractor and the Ordering Party in obtaining all required acceptances, opinions, arrangements and approvals, in particular those resulting from the provisions of construction law, sanitary law, radiological protection law and other relevant regulations. As part of the implementation of Stage II, the Ordering Party expects to obtain a positive decision allowing the use of the Hemodynamics Laboratory and the Device.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. The scope of construction works for the adaptation of rooms and activities necessary to install and start up the angiograph are included in Annex No. 2a to the SWZ - PFU Functional and Utility Program. Information on the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract. 
The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle, in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This rule applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).
