Description:
notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of an angiograph with equipment for the Cardiac Surgery Clinic of the Provincial Hospital in Kielce.
The implementation of tasks under the Subject of the Agreement is divided into the following stages:
Stage I - delivery by the Contractor of the Device with equipment, assembly and initial commissioning of the Device, training of the Ordering Party's employees in the operation of the Device.
Stage II - cooperation between the Contractor and the Ordering Party in obtaining all required acceptances, opinions, arrangements and approvals, in particular those resulting from the provisions of construction law, sanitary law, radiological protection law and other relevant regulations. As part of the implementation of Stage II, the Ordering Party expects to obtain a positive decision authorizing the use of the Operating Room of the Cardiac Surgery Clinic and the Device.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2a - Description of the subject of the order - characteristics of the facility. Information on the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle, in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This rule applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).
The DNSH principle means that at no stage of the order execution - from production, through delivery, use, to possible disposal - can there be any serious harm to EU environmental objectives, i.e.:
