Specifically, The Objectives Of The Contract Are The Following: - Consolidate And Restore The Structures Of The Bell Tower, Through Cleaning, Sanitation, Grouting And Consolidation Of The Stone Facings, With The Aim Of Eliminating The Main Pathologies Detected (Cracks, Loss Of Material, Moisture And Surface Degradation) And Guaranteeing The Structural Stability Of The Element. - Functionally Rehabilitate The Bell Tower, Recovering Its Original Use Through The Restoration Of The Historic Bells, The Replacement Of Obsolete And Inadequate Facilities, And The Installation Of A New Support And Automation System That Allows The Correct Operation Of The Bell Ringing In Conditions Of Safety And Respect For Heritage. - Relocate The Bells To Their Historical Location In The Spadanya, In Accordance With Historical, Constructive And Functional Criteria, Thus Contributing To The Recovery Of The Architectural And Symbolic Reading Of The Bell Tower Within The Monumental Complex. - Improve The Conservation And Maintenance Conditions Of The Bell Tower, Through The Implementation Of Preventive Measures Such As The Protection Of The Openings To Prevent The Entry Of Birds, The Reduction Of The Presence Of Moisture And The Facilitation Of Future Maintenance Tasks. - Create A Safe Technical Access To The Bell Tower, Compatible With The Heritage Value Of The Complex, Which Allows Maintenance Staff Access To The Spaces Of The Bell Tower And To The Mechanisms Of The Bells, Guaranteeing The Safety Of People And The Correct Management Of The Equipment.
