This Integral Kitchen Management Model Includes All The Management Of The Staff Necessary For The Preparation Of Meals, The Purchases Of Raw Materials, The Preparation Of Menus And Technical Sheets, The Service, Cooking And Cleaning Of The Spaces And The Necessary Equipment.
