The Object Of This Contract Is The Design, Development, Implementation, Hosting And Maintenance Service Of A Multi-Platform It Application Called Serveis En Ruta, Intended To Manage The Services Of Itinerant Professionals In The Rural Municipalities Of The Province Of Lleida And Improve Access To Professional Services In Municipalities With A Population Equal To Or Less Than 5,000 Inhabitants. The Purpose Of This Digital Tool Is To Promote Territorial Cohesion And Contribute To The Fight Against Depopulation, Facilitating The Connection Between Professionals, Councils Or Other Local Entities And The Public Through A Safe And Accessible Environment That Allows The Supply And Demand Of Local Services To Be Efficiently Managed, Connecting Citizens With The Various Itinerant Professionals.
