The Different Activities That The Maintenance And Conservation Service Will Include Will Be: - Maintenance, Conservation, Renovation, Conditioning And/Or Improvement Of Garden Areas And Other Outdoor Green Spaces. - Maintenance, Conservation, Renovation, Conditioning And/Or Improvement Of Green Areas Inside Buildings. - Tree Maintenance And Conservation (Sporga, Phytosanitary, Etc.). - Periodic Removal Of Weeds On The Roofs And Patios Of The Buildings. - The Provision Of The Service May Also Include The Maintenance Of All Those Green Spaces That Are Incorporated During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract And In Accordance With The Conditions Established In This Set Of Technical Prescriptions, Through The Reorganization Of The Service Or Its Extension, According To The Specific Needs Of Each Space.
