Sending, Distribution And Delivery Services Of Correspondence, Official Documentation, Administrative Notifications And Others By The City Council, Both Locally And Nationally, As Well As Other Services Related To Messaging And Institutional Communication. This Contract Includes: • The Sending Of Ordinary And Certified Correspondence. • The Sending Of Administrative Notifications. • Urgent Courier Services Within And Outside The Municipal Area. • Bustiada Service Of Municipal Information, Informative Material, Etc. • Internal Suitcase Service Between Different Departments Of The City Council. Handling, Custody, Transport And Delivery Of Suitcases Between The Different Headquarters That Need It. • Elections: Sending The Nominations Of Board Members. Likewise, All The Complementary, Additional Or Specific Activities Required By The Various Services Will Be The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Return Of Receipt Notices And, Where Appropriate, Of Certified Letters Or The Shipments Themselves, When Delivery Cannot Be Made To The Recipient. These Services Will Have To Cover The Needs Of This City Council In Accordance With The Specifications Detailed In The Specification Sheet And In Accordance With The Current European And Spanish Regulations. In Addition, The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Promotion Of The Environment.
