The Purpose Of This Document Is To Regulate The Technical Prescriptions That Must Govern The Recruitment Of The Service Of Local Civic Agents In The Municipality Of Sant Adrià De Besòs, Aimed At Promoting Civility, Coexistence And The Good Use Of Public Space. The Service Will Be Developed Through Information Actions, Awareness Raising, Community Education, Low Intensity Social Mediation, Community Work And Collection Of Incidents, With A Direct Presence In The Public Space. In No Case Does The Service Subject To The Contract Include Functions Of Surveillance, Security, Police Control, Administrative Inspection Or Exercise Of Public Powers. A2. Lots: In Accordance With Article 99 Of Law 9/2017, On Public Sector Contracts, The Division Of The Subject Of The Contract Into Lots Is Not Considered Appropriate. The Service Constitutes A Unitary Provision, Both From A Functional And Methodological Point Of View, Given That It Requires An Integrated Planning Of The Actions, A Common Methodology, A Unique Operational Coordination And A Centralized Dialogue With The Municipal Services.
