1. The Object Of This Dynamic Acquisition System, Hereinafter Sda, Is The School Transport Service In The Region Of Vallès Oriental To Achieve The Following Objectives: A) Select The Natural Or Legal Persons Who Will Be Able To Provide The School Transport Service. B) Set The General Conditions Of Award And Execution To Which The Specific Contracts Of The Sda Must Conform. 2. The Vallès Oriental School Transport Service Aims To Transport To A Public Or Private, Regular Or Special Education Centre, Those Students Who Do Not Have An Educational Offer At Their Level In The Municipality Of Residence And Must Go To School Outside Their Municipality And For Those Students Who, Despite Having An Educational Offer At Their Level In The Municipality Of Residence, For Reasons Of Dispersion Or Special Circumstances, It Is Advisable To Move Them. Also, Students Of Non-University Post-Compulsory Courses Can Use The Vallès Oriental School Transport Service Depending On The Availability Of Free Places.
