Drafting Of A Specific Modification Of The Poum Of Sitges, With This Purpose: - Regulation Of Urban Uses For Hotels, Farmhouses, Residences And Health Care - Care Of Article 82 Of The Poum Of Sitges, In All The Keys Of The Poum Where They Are Admitted, As Well As The Regulation Of Their Tenure Regime Based On The Content And Classification Of Tourist Accommodation Establishments In Decree 75/2020; - Adaptation Of The Poum Of Sitges To The Current Urban Planning Legislation In Relation To Housing For Tourist Use And Shared Homes. The Provision Includes The Drafting Of All The Necessary Documents For Their Initial, Provisional And Final Approval Until The Execution Of The Modification Of The Poum, With Resolution Reports Of The Allegations That May Be Presented During The Public Exhibition Period, The Complementation Of The Documents With The Prescriptions, Amendments Or Recommendations That Result From The Mandatory Sectoral Reports, And The Introduction Of The Prescriptions And/Or Amendments That May Be Incorporated Into The Final Approval Agreement By The Penedès Territorial Urban Planning Commission And, If Applicable, The Revised Texts That Are Required; The Presentation Of The Documents In The File Formats Required By That For Publication In The Urban Planning Register Of Catalonia And The Reports For The Resolution Of Administrative Appeals That May Be Brought. The Object Of The Contract Also Includes The Drafting And Presentation Of The Set Of Documents And Studies That Are Necessary, As Well As The Advice To The City Council And The Preparation Of The Reports And Agreements That Are Necessary In Relation To The Processing Of The Plan, Until The Final Approval, Publication And Entry Into Force Of The Modification Of Poum.
