The Contractor Is Obligated To The Municipality To Supply Confectionery And Varied Candy For The Commemoration Of Children'S Day, The Commemoration Of The Day Of Indigenous Children And Adolescence And With The Celebration Of Hallowen Day (Children'S Day), In Order To Guarantee The Participation Of The Boys, Girls, Adolescents And Their Families, Promoting Respect For Their Rights And Duties, Promoting An Environment Of Coexistence And Enjoyment During The Development Of These Activities
