The Object Of This Contract Will Consist In The Provision Of The Occupational Risk Prevention Service (Spa), To Carry Out The Development Of The Preventive Activities Of Occupational Risks In The Specialties Of Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics And Applied Psychosociology And Health Surveillance Of The Masquefa City Council, In Accordance With What Is Established In Law 31/1995, Of November 8, On The Prevention Of Occupational Risks, The Royal Decree 39/1997, Of January 17, Which Approves The Regulation Of Prevention Services And Other Provisions That Apply To It And The Rest Of The Regulations On Occupational Risks.
