European open tender procedure, pursuant to Articles 59, paragraph 4, letter a), and 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2023, aimed at concluding a framework agreement with an initial duration of 24 months—extendable by a further 12 months—for the awarding of reception services and related services for unaccompanied foreign minors (MSNA) aged 14 years or older, to be provided at reception facilities located within the Province of Messina (total capacity: 121 places).
