Open procedure pursuant to Art. 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, aimed at the execution of a framework agreement—in accordance with Art. 59 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023—with a duration of four years, concerning on-demand services of indeterminate quantity for the maintenance and overhaul of electrical systems and machinery on naval units, minor vessels, tugboats, floating craft, and dry docks belonging to the Italian Navy, as well as those of public and private shipowners undergoing work at the Messina Military Arsenal.
