The Object Of The Contract Consists Of The Service Of Drawing Up And Updating Municipal Action Programs In The Matter Of Housing (Henceforth Pamh) And Drawing Up Empty Housing Studies, With The Aim Of Providing The Municipalities With A Diagnosis Of Their Situation, The Identification Of Needs And The Proposed Lines Of Action. The Service Includes Data Collection And Analysis Tasks, Dynamics Of Citizen Participation, Systematization Of Results And Drafting Of Technical Documents To Support Municipal Decision-Making, In Accordance With The Requirements And Conditions Detailed In The Technical Specifications.
