The purpose of this framework agreement is to set up and manage a listening and psychological support unit along with other one-off services for VNF staff. More specifically, the services will relate to the following elements: • Setting up and management of a listening and psychological support line, • Support for the crisis unit within the regional departments and headquarters in the event of an event (suicide, serious accident, etc.) within 24 hours, • Mediation, • Support for local CHSCTs in the event of a serious event, • Organizational diagnosis in the context of a degraded situation, • Individual sessions with a psychologist, • Support communication and reporting.
