Eligibility of Bidders:
-Organizational Capability: (i) Evidence of organizational capability and relevant experience in the execution of projects of a similar nature, including the nature and value of relevant contracts.
-Experience in consultancy services shall include successful experience as the prime consultant in the execution of at least three (3) projects of industrial wastewater pre-treatment regulation or planning or design in the last 10 years.
-Evidence developing industrial wastewater pollution control program. Experiences should include experience in at least two (2) different industry categories (e.g., FOG, heavy metal, etc.).
-Experience of developing multiple (i.e., more than 2) industrial wastewater pollution control programs for one city or developing single industrial wastewater pollution control program for two different cities are both acceptable.
-Evidence of previous experience in working with government organizations, engaging departments and units at different level.
-Evidence of previous experience in design of industrial wastewater pretreatment facilities in cold climate condition.
