Pre-investment studies for Camera Network and 911 System procuremen Pre-investment studies for the video surveillance system that will include the acquisition and installation of cameras in strategic spots within Belize City, as well as the software and hardware necessary for the integration of the 911 Emergency System. The equipment must have enough capacity to hold information for at least 90 days and record at least 120 uninterrupted minutes. The 911 System will include a central phone centre, call-recording system, call centre, radio communication system, switchboard, local and remote dispatchers, statistical software, GIS mapping system, base software, hardware, Ups, telecommunications, contingency and restoral plans, among others. The system will also have internal and/or external database integration procedures and/or processes, among others as well as applications for the audit of the different system components. The proposed equipment also includes the installation, configuration, implementation, testing and start-up of the complete and integrated 911 System. (EXPIRED)
