Addendum to Specific Procurement Notice:

Recommissioning of Owena Water Treatment Plant and Construction of Water Supply Infrastructure to and within Akure City

A specific procurement notice was published on 17th July 2022 in dgMarket and on  local newspapers on Friday, 22nd July, 2022. The additions, as indicated below, are effective on the date of issue of this Addendum. Except as expressly added by this Addendum, all other terms and conditions of the SPN Document - remain unchanged and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their terms. 


Pre-Qualification Criteria:

Some of the criteria listed in the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) are only eligible for national companies. The International companies are therefore not bound by such criteria.
