Eligibility of Bidders:
On behalf of the MPW, the Project Management Unit (PMU) invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: (i) experience in similar assignments, (ii) experience in similar conditions (developing countries in particular East Asia and the Pacific), (iii), past experiences working with similar project authorities (multilateral development banks), and (iv) Quality Assurance system in-place and/or ISO certifications.
