Eligibility of Bidders:
The
shortlisting criteria are:
(i) Relevant Core business and 10 years in business,
(ii) Relevant experience in Road Inventory Surveys, Road Condition Surveys and Road Traffic Surveys for
national and municipal roads using the road survey equipment, the subsequent post-processing of the
collected data and its validation and entry into a database and submission of projects with the magnitude
equal to or more than the subject project as an evidence of past experience,
(iii) Submission of Geographical Experience (developing countries in particular Asia Pacific), and
(iv) Submission of Experience with multilateral development agencies.
Consultants will select most relevant projects to demonstrate the firm’s experience. Key Experts will not be
evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
