notice_summary_english: Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada, has a requirement for site remediation of the Pacific Environment Centre (PEC) in West Vancouver. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. An Indigenous Participation Requirement will be included in Phase Two. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation.
