Interested Applicants must provide information evidencing that they are qualified and experienced to perform those Services. For that purpose, documented evidence of recent and similar services shall be submitted.
Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:
	The contracts size: estimated 329,000 EUR
	The nature of the Services: Environmental and Social Impact Assessment;
	General requirements for the Applicants: at least 5 (five) years experience involvement in conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for hydropower projects in Indonesia, and has experience collaborating with International Financing Institutions and/or Multilateral Development Banks.
	The technical area and expertise: Envinronmental and Social Specialist, Socioeconomic Analyst, Hydrologist, Safeguard Specialist, Biodiversity Specialist, GIS/Spatial Mapping. The magnitude is Hydropower Project ≥100 MW and Transmission Line 150 KV.
	The location: Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia.
The Client will also take into account for the evaluation of the applications the following items:
	Skills and availability of in-house technical back-up experts provided to the on-site experts;
	Local representatives/partners;
	Quality assurance procedures and certifications of the Applicant – specify the type or the label of the certification: for example, ISO 9001 or environmental and social certification.
