 The Government of the Republic of Angola (GoA) has received financing from the World Bank and the French Agency of Development (AFD) toward the cost of the Second Water Sector Institutional Development Project (WSIDP-2) and the Bita Water Supply Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
 The consulting services (“the Services”) include Evaluation of EPAL actual NRW status;  Evaluation of EPAL human and material resources; Selection of EPAL’s employees in different key areas; Definition of the NRW strategy consultant the needs in human, and material resources; Selection of three different pilot zones; Definition of the TORs and main targets for the strategy consultant ; Strong assessment of the Pilot Zones; Support to EPAL and the PIU on the evaluation of the procurement for hiring the NRW strategy consultant.
 The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be obtained at the address given below.
 The Financial and Contract Management Unit (FCMU-WB/AFD) of the Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA) now invites eligible Individual (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
