The selected consultant should have the following requirements:

	Degree in hydraulic/civil/environmental engineering or related field(s). A master's degree in a related field will be considered an added advantage.
	Proven experience of at least 15 years of experience in engineering work with a focus on water supply companies. 
	Demonstrated experience of at least 10 years of practical knowledge and involvement in water loss management and reduction initiatives.
	Demonstrated experience with IWA water balance models
	Demonstrated experience as a key professional in at least three Water Loss Reduction initiatives in non-developed countries. Works performed in sub-Saharan African countries will be a differentiating factor.
	Computer skills, including software such as AutoCAD, QGIS, EPANET or similar.
	Good knowledge of Portuguese language and English.
